If your product has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us and send a photo of the damage within 24 hours of your package receipt and we will promptly issue you a refund or send a replacement.
We proudly stand by our products 110%. Returns on candles due to product defect are accepted within 30 days of purchase receipt; simply send the item back to us and we will issue you either a full refund or replacement.*
Refunds or exchanges on other items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is sent back to us in new unused condition and is accompanied by a receipt.**
